If you treat it like this, then it is fun and somewhat useful.

I enjoy Harbal for personal kicks and a bit of quick fun and it's quite useful as an EQ if you do manual adjustments, but I mostly just use it as an extra reference tool, trusting my ears and making adjustments with other EQs and compression/limiting etc in real time.
